Why does experience matter in this market?
We haven’t seen a market like this since 2005, and most of today’s agents weren’t around back then. They simply don’t have experience moving homes under these conditions. I got my license in 1999, so I know what it’ll take to sell homes today.
In previous hot markets, homes basically sold themselves, but that’s not the case now. We are seeing 50 to 60 canceled listings a day from agents who aren’t doing the work and don’t know how to sell homes in a market like this.
